Our prices shown on this website are live direct from Citroen main dealers, which means that they are as up to date as possible (prices correct at time of uploading).  The Citroen main dealers compete for their prices to be show live on our site which gives you the buyer the chance to snap up that bargain deal. The vehicles advertised on this site are new and unregistered and come direct from Citroen main dealers, you will be the first name on the log book.

Your Enquiry
On receiving your enquiry our fully trained negotiators will contact our approved Citroen dealer network to source the very best deal available on your behalf.  Depending on what feedback we obtain from the selected dealers we will then select the right dealer for you.  

We then contact you directly with the main agents details who have been able to offer you the most favorable deal.  This main agent will also be supplied with your details and they then in turn will contact you directly within 48 hours or 3 working days for enquiries with a part exchange.

After you have discussed all aspects of your order with the dealer and you are 100% satisfied with all the details you will be asked by the dealer for a minimum deposit of £500 this may be paid by Credit/Debit Card or cheque.  Until this transaction takes place you are not committed in anyway to purchase.  If you have a need to part exchange your old vehicle you must discuss this with the qualifying dealer before the deposit transaction takes place. Your new vehicle may either be collected from the dealer or it can be delivered to your door by way of transporter.  Some dealers may charge for this service, please check when ordering.

Payments & Contacts
All monies paid will be to the selected dealer and www.citroenoffers.com - Top Hat Car Brokers will take no further part in supplying the chosen vehicle, all contact warranties and other matters regarding the vehicle are dealt with through the main agent.  All we do is use our massive buying power to get you the best possible price for your new vehicle.  We will never ask for payment from yourself or ask for any commission in sourcing your new car from you.
